“I've been working with Netquest over the last 5 years. We should not call them 'panel providers', but 'peace of mind suppliers'. As opposed to other panels, Netquest people are easily reachable and answer quickly. Project managers actually 'manage' the work, they really take care about your survey and even make suggestions to improve it. Scripters master their work, q'nnaires are entertaining and lighter for the respondent, who in turn gives richer answers. If you want effectiveness, call them.”
