Digital Shopper Monitor combines observational and declared data in one tool. First, we collect data on the digital behaviour of our panelists to uncover what e-commerce websites and apps they have visited. Once identified, they are then invited to participate in surveys where they share their opinion and level of satisfaction with these e-commerce channels.
This data is processed weekly using Artifical Intelligence (AI) and displayed on a Dashboard that includes key satisfaction indictors, data evolution over time, benchmarks, all combined with the impressions and opinions of real users.
